That's the type of competition wilder needs. After bermaine he took a huge step back... Time to move forward again!

If he keeps winning convincingly and knocking people out, who cares what the haters say. He'll keep going to work! You're obviously delusional, that, or you are severely underestimating the ******ity and/or hatefulness of human beings if you think Wilder will ever get any credit for anything that he does in his career.
You only have to look at the irrational blame that has been put on him for the postponement of the povetkin fight despite the fact that both povetkin's promoter and the wbc president have already come out and said that pov's team are the ones who asked for an extention. Yet Wilder is the duck in that situation. Then you look at him still getting blame for Glazcko ducking him in order to fight for a vacant title and they still blame Wilder for that.
He knocks out Povetkin I'm sure they'll be a string of excuses and all the guys saying that Povetkin will knock him out will come out guns swinging about either ped accusations on Wilder or will outright call Povetkin an old washed up guy or a bum.
We've been here many times before, you just gotta look at Mayweather's situation if you wana understand the irrational behaviour of haters. Haters will say a guy will knock you out or beat you, then call him a bum and accuse you of cherry picking right after you beat the guy.
Wilder won't get no credit, I could literally bet my ass on it and rest assured that my ass is safe, that's how obvious it is for me.Comment

Wilder opened at -250 so there is no reason he should lose this one IF he stays focused and stays behind that long job. If he tries to get cute Sasha could land something.Comment

U WOT MATE? "the biggets upset of all time"?
Jesus you're talking as if Wilder is like Tyson going into a Buster Douglas type of odds fight?
I'm guessing if the fight is in USA, Wilder will probably be a SLIGHT favorite - probably around -130 to -180, and Povetkin would be evens, or +150ish.
I'd be damn surprised if Wilder was a 2:1 favorite or better.
The way Povetkin has been looking lately... On a fooking killing spree...
Look at the competition Wilder has fought compared to Povetkin. It's ridiculous how much better comp. Povetkin has fought.
I'm hoping the bookies are dumb asses on this one. 2 to 1 in favor of Wilder is like taking candy from a baby lol.Comment

Wow... you're an angry Wilder fan, aren't you.
First let's get some facts straight. Nobody wants Wilder to succeed more than I do. I've been praying for someone to knock Wladimir off that boring pedestal longer than I can remember. I thought Wilder would be the one to do it, but Fury beat him to it.
Howeverrrrrr....... I call them like I see them. I've also become a little impatient with Wilder "being brought along slowly". When is he going to fight the Povetkins the Furys, the Klitschkos. When he's 100-0? At some point, sooner rather than later..... he's got to get into the mix and start trading punches with some big names. Stiverne is the only big-name scalp on his belt and I give him full credit with how he won that fight. But let's leave all these other bums behind and let's start getting some huge fights in the HW division!Comment
