Don't come back champ! I don't want to see you look like Tyson when he fought McBride, or Ali when he fought Holmes, or Roy just this past weekend. I don't want to see you lying face down like Pacquiao or Roy Jones Jr. I don't want to see you looking like Jordan on the Wizards! Go out on top and stay out! De La Hoya, Hatton, Mosely, Cotto, Canelo, and Pacquiao! Nothing left to prove!

You can praise Bernard for taking such dangerous fights at his age, it is an unrivaled achievement.
But don't then go and criticize a man who also far outlived 99% of yours, mine and everyone else's boxing heroes, because quite frankly, all you are doing is insulting other boxing greats.
Floyd fought well into his late 30's against top opposition. Yes Berto was not included in that, but up until then, he had an amazing run given his age. So don't knock it, because at his age, half your boxing heroes were long retired or getting knocked out by bum after bum.
      Great post

How old was Duran when he beat Barkley? So Floyd needs to flight GGG. GGG is greater than Barkley so if Floyd wins. Floyd is greater than duran

I find that hard to believe that anyone who is already this critical of Floyd would put him over DURAN for beating GGG.

The goal post would just move again. Heck, let some Pac fans tell it, Pac was better than Duran, so wouldn't that along qualify Floyd to be over Duran?

Who says Golovkin is better than Barkley?!

Barkley fought the likes of Duran Hearns Toney Nunn and Benn

                Who has Golovkin fought again?

Not saying ggg isn't better or won't be but as of now we just don't know yet.

Duran beat Barkley and SRL, so Floyd isn't on Durans level yet, Floyd needs to take some risks. No, fighting Pac who is smaller and past prime and a CW with Canelo isn't a risk.

The whole world says GGG is better than Barkley. Barkley lost to Duran, Benn in 2 rounds and only beat a past it Hearns. So we already know GGG is better than Barkley.

I'm leaning towards Golovkin being the real deal but I don't know for sure yet because he hasn't fought the level of opposition that defined Barkley as a true beast. Iran might have lost those big fights but unlike Golovkin he actually got in the ring with those guys. For that alone I'd still rate him higher than GGG.
