I am being fair, Wlad lost, he looked like he always has looked. He was timid and didn't know what to do with a fighter of Fury's size and speed, he also couldn't handle the feints and movement.
Roy is nowhere near what he used to be. He's not fast, bloated as all heck, and has lost all punch resistance. Extremely big difference in where both are at in their careers
How can Wlad be pound for pound #1 one day and shot the next?
And it wasn't just the biased opinions of American media that had him #1. It was the fair objective BoxRec computer!
You don't understand, those P4P rankings are largely based of what someone has accomplished.
For example, Pacquiao is no longer in the top P4P head to head, but he's still on most lists because of what he's done.
Fighters get old.
Everybody gets old, you will too.

You must have never watched Klitschko's fights. He's dominated big men before (McCline, Wach, Jefferson, etc).
Klitschko's handspeed is MUCH slower than it was, he can't get his punches off like he used to, and his footwork used to be very fast for a man his size but is plodding now.

That's not totally true. I didn't see Hopkins on the list when he was the unified champion. Pac beat Tim Bradley who is a top fighter so he's still fighting at the elite level.
Wlad just beat Jennings, Povetkin and Pulev in dominating fashion, proving he is still fighting at a high level.
And he can and will beat Fury in the rematch because he's a better boxer than Tyson.
Side note : it's funny how Klitschko suddenly has become irrelevant on this forum, it's like in every HW thread you see people mention Joshua, Fury, Wilder and occasionally Povetkin, but never Wlad...
I honestly think that 95% of people who post on this forum never spent a day in a boxing gym and frankly, DSKAB
On the topic, RJJ has been and still is in the conversation on who was the GOAT when they were in their prime.
