He emphasized that he would not vacate the 145lbs title. Somewhere out there, Frankie Edgar started doing the happy dance.

Dana's probably already jerking off to McGregor/Northcutt for 2018.
Oh damn, that'd be some new UFC thing we haven't seen. Holding two belts.

And lol @ Dana line. Although in Dana's defense he's always in jerking off mode or looking like he's about to punt a newborn baby he's holding in so much anger mode. There is no casual ho hum version of Dana.

        The Parasite

        parasitism

        [par-uh-sahy-tiz-uh m, -si-]

        noun

        1. Biology. a relation between organisms in which one lives as a parasite on another.
        2. A parasitic mode of life or existence.
        3. Pathology. a diseased condition due to parasites.
        4. Unemployment or refusal to work.
employment in work considered nonessential by the state.
The UFC/MMA can't even stand on it's own. Boxing fans have to be inundated with fighting irrelevancies every time Dana White decides to put on a show. Why the **** is this, seriously? Before this we had to endure Rousey threads about that bag of jello beating Floyd, and members here sat on their unwashed ****s and took it.

Why do we have these threads here? Should they go in the section assigned this stuff so they can kind of just sit with two or three people posting in them?

In boxing you need 10+ years to have a chance at the elite level.
LOL @ you thinking MMA is a new sport ROFL...

So if you can get guys off the street..why didn't Floyd fight GSP when he was talking all that smack? Floyd could have just avoided the take down and just KO'd GSP like HOlly did Ronda, right?

Why doesn't Floyd fight McGregor in an MMA fight..it'd be huge..you'd get two fan bases together..should be easy for Floyd right?

          Duhhhh

Overstated. I'm not defending aldo or anything, but what really happened is a guy came in after a long layoff, tried to start too fast without feeling out his opponent and got caught cold. He probably could have taken similar punches in round 2 or 3.

Many boxing fans don't understand MMA.

People have the nerve to complain about boxing PPV's but they pay $60 for that crap?
