I guess I'm the only one who sees Roy Jones Jr unifying the cruiserweight division. I believe in you, Roy.

Roy still throws some lovely shots, but for a guy with no knees his defence isn't anywhere near tight enough to keep him safe.

I don't get this. How could he be broke? He's boxed professionally for over 20 years and has been on HBO for at least 5 years.

He needs to hang up the gloves. Eventually he is going to get hit with a punch that he cannot recover from. I don't agree with the sentiment that ''he's a warrior, if that's how he wants to go out, that's how he wants to go out." When you are looking at things from the outside, you look at things objectively. What's he's doing now is tantamount to self-harm; if you give a crap about someone's health, you'd want to see them step off a path of destruction.

Someone needs to get through to him that his life has more value than what he can and has accomplished in the ring.

why you so petty man?!?....you could've saved that shot for another occasion...know when to pull the trigger and when not....stop being so selfish mutha****a!!....NOW ain't the time to be kicking Roy while he's down...this **** is bigger than a ****ing fight, the man is SERIOUSLY flirting with a casket
DLH is a cross dresser too. Find me a post where I deny it. Unlike you guys, I don't deny jack if true facts are there.

Selfish? I just speak the truth kid. Dude you've done the same thing when a boxer has lost so cut the bullshit. Jones is a grown ass man. How about when he was knocking dudes out and making fun of them? So because Jones isn't in the wonder years for you to nuthug on, I should take it easy? FOH!!

****ty how far he's fallen from an unbeatable fighter for basically he's whole prime (didn't catch his first legit L til he was 35 ffs) to a getting KO'd by journeymen.
I never knew the stats were 14-8 since ruiz fight. I think she should have quiet either after Ruiz fight or after first Tarver fight as it was clear his body and punch resistance could not deal with the weight gain and loss... should have called it a career!!

Sad to watch... after the firts knockdown against Enzo I turned it off could not watch the actual KO.

GOOD!! He still has a lot left. Respect his courage and heart. Would love to see him go up against a big threat and surprise the world.

Yeah, I would think the HBO job alone should be enough to keep him out of trouble. He's going to end up really, really fucked up by continuing. I don't know what he's thinking.

The sad thing is he won't be able to keep the HBO job if he keeps this up, so there goes his post-fighting career.

                      You tell 'em Roy!

dont let the haters and jealous douches convince you of abandoning the career you love

the plebs dont want a dawg to succeed!

just because they give up easily doesn't mean you have to sink to their level

keep fighting bro, keep getting in the ring until you get that cw belt, it doesn't matter if you have to fight 10 more years to do it, and how many times more you get starched. You can do it
