It's like people thought he was good but when he lost to Brook his stock fell. Then he beat Broner he his stock rose a little.

Even though he's with Al Haymon it seems like it's becoming more and more of a problem for him out of all the other PBC welterweights to get his shine and his credit. He keeps waiting for Thurman to sign off but that hasn't happened.

I guess he's playing the wait and see game. Hopefully he get's Maidana, Khan, or Thurman next. He deserves the big fights.
His style is just god-awful, on top of that his personality is boring as well. He brings nothing to the table that would make anyone invest in him so I don't blame them for offering him mid-level opportunities. Give him a Maidana or let Spence knock him off, but no more main events with Showtime Shawn.

Porter just needs to be patient. Al Haymon will get him a big fight soon enough. Maybe even a Broner rematch.
