          5lbs overweight?

I asked before and i'll ask again, why do these fighters from the West Coast have so much issue making weight? And why do they always miss by so much? Is there a problem with the scale manufacturers over there or something?

Last month Randy Caballero was 5.5lbs overweight for his fight on the Cotto-Canelo undercard. The frequency in which they miss weight is crazy.

It's crazy because Caballero and Benavidez did not miss weight by like half a pound or 1 pound, they missed weight by a whole weight class limit. Like Caballero did not only skip 118, he also skipped 122, he skipped two weight classes, he was trying to fight Wladimir Klitschko or something. Benavidez is pretty much a legit 154 pounder tonight, almost at the JMW limit.

Not even the fighters nowadays take boxing seriously.
