Practically the entire HW division will be hunting Browne, good on him he can get a very good payday. From bouncer to world titlist, not bad.

          browne vs martin lol

this is exactly how i envisioned the post klitschko hw division

the best would not rise to the top, they would bide their time in negotiations

washed up dudes and brawlers would rise to the top while the best waited like vultures

just watched it in your tube. 6th round was like 15 seconds longer than usual.

Just watched a replay of the fight and to give Browne credit, he was infinitely fitter and better than I have seen him before

He also came back from a hard knockdown to put the guy away

Now I don't think that he is great by any stretch of the imagination but it was nice to see hard work rewarded

BTW, I don't think that this will be the end of it with Chagaev - he was hardly gracious in defeat and the Chechnyans are dodgy as **** so I expect to see some manoeuvring on their part to at least secure a rematch

I thought it was at least thirty seconds over, possibly forty hence the reason they called the round afterwards forty early. Very shady allowing forty seconds to go in the round Lucas was hurt bad, ****in Grozny man reminded me of that bullshyt that happened to Danny Geale in the GGG fight where he was cut in the extra thirty.

Not gonna happen, Haye would have to then fight Ortiz to get a mandate. Haye will continue to face plums, apples, peaches and pears until public UK pressure from guys like Laced Up gifts him a fight versus the Joshua.

That's the hope, the fear is Oquendo actually defeating Browne and you would not rule this out. I'd like to see Parker face Browne and the winner face Ortiz, orders likely prevent this but with Aus PPV you never know, it could happen and maybe there is enough money there to pay that sack of shyt Oquendo off, but I guess Ortiz and GB would much rather Ortiz faced Browne as opposed to Parker unless they're prepared to let Parker become a ppv attraction and their own fight marinate until it becomes a ppv fight in itself, interesting times for Browne.

This fight was a good effort from him the Hail Mary shot he landed and the siege he was able to lay upon Chagaev was inspiring stuff to come from behind, I had him needing a knock down and the last rounds to score a draw which wouldn't have been worth shyt to him in the grand scheme of things. Awesome result for the division this could really open things up, it'll be interesting to now see if Parker Takam goes ahead.

Yeah as the guy above said, they let the round run too long when Chagaev looked like he was about to score a KO, and if they try to say Browne failed his drug test nobody should take it seriously.
