Why does Lee get so much credit in your book?

Unlike Andy Lee, Truax has never even been down in his career and still didn't go down against Jacobs. I've lost count how many times Lee has been down.
Did you even watch any of Lee's fights? For the record, he's been down 3x in his entire career.

Rewatch the Jackson fight, seriously. Lee was knocked down one time. That was his first knock down of his entire boxing career. Furthermore Andy weighed in at his career-lightest - 154lbs. Before that Andy had never weighed under 158.5lbs. Yes he got hurt (look at the ****ing shot he ate clean from a good puncher!), but if he had a trash chin like you say, he would've been finished.

Trash chins don't get up from big shots vs Peter Quillin who was over 180lbs, and take back over the fight. Lee was caught in the 1st after outboxing Quillin, then struggled to regain during the second, got caught again in the 3rd, but recovered more quickly that time. Trash chins generally break down, not get better during a fight.

Chavez Jr. was over 180lbs as well when Lawrence Cole stopped Andy on his feet. Chavez Jr. also refused to take a piss test after the fight. He was stopped on his feet vs Brian Vera when he was 22 years old. He proved himself in the rematch with Brian Vera when Vera was on win streak.

As for Korobov, he might very well be a better fighter than either Quillin or Jacobs. Andy showed his patience in that fight and setup the KO shot. You need to go back and rewatch it. By the middle of the fourth round, Lee was landing first, spinning out and away from Korobov's counters. Korobov started getting frustrated and reaching more while tiring b/c he was missing. He ****ing baited Korobov to throw a counter, Lee dipped and countered with his own and that was it.

Truax has never been down because hasn't fought anyone at that level save for Jacobs. Taylor was beyond shot in their fight. Danny is fast and strong, but he's sloppy and if anyone has a trash chin, it's Danny. It's one thing to get caught and dropped by Mora (b/c he was being sloppy), but he was staggered after getting up.

If Lee/Jacobs happen, Lee destroys Danny.

Two things on that front. One they could do the fight in Ireland or the UK and that fight would be big there. Two, Andy has said that he wants big fights and paydays, but he is also after legacy. Even if Al can offer a bit more money, Lee would rather have the opportunity to beat the supposed boogeyman and collect them belts. If Al wants to lead Andy off the GGG trail its going to take significantly more than 1.5-2 million dollars.

Look at you crawl out from under a rock. You learn to count yet? How many times did Lee get knocked down vs Jackson again? Did Lee get stopped vs Saunders? Did he get back up after being hurt and win rounds?

If you want to see a bad chin - see Jacobs getting knocked down by Sergio Mora and getting laid out vs Pirog.

Ummmm, if you watched the 3rd round, the ONLY reason Lee made it out of that round is because time ran out on the clock.

Now, for the life of me, please explain how getting KO'd by an elite fighter in Pirog in a fight he was winning spells bad chin, but Lee getting dropped twice by BJS, stopped by Chavez Jr, stopped by Brian Vera and knocked down and horribly wobbled by Jackson spells good chin in your book?

                  Explain that logic?

Like I said, your boy Andy Lee sucks. I don't mind the guy, but I'm glad he lost tonight and was out on his feet by a guy with 12 KO's just to make guys like you who says he had a solid chin look bad.

I've never said Jacobs has an iron chin. What I have said is he's one of the best MW's in the division and would knock your boy Lee TFO.

Lee has bad defense and eats big shots, if his chin was as **** as you claim, we wouldn't even be talking about him.

Like I said before, the Jackson fight was an extreme weight-cut for Lee. Chavez outweighed Lee by over 20lbs. Vera happened when he was 22 years old and punched himself out. That's fairly circumstantial. To date, all 5 of Lee's career knock downs have come within the first 3 rounds, that probably suggests he's a bit of a cold chin, but he gets back up and in every one of those fights he makes a come back. Guys with horrible chins don't do that.

Hey man, being dropped and hurt continuously by lower/mid tier'd (Saunders, Vera, Chavez, Jackson) fighters isn't a sign of a suspect chin.

Somehow in your world, it's a sign of a good chin. Only when you get KO'd by an elite fighter do you have a suspect chin (i.e. Pirog).
