Who do you think is a better fighter than Groves?

I know for a fact that Carl Froch and Badou Jack are.

He might not have faced a fighter with that skillset but I can't see him struggling with it. He is superior on the outside and to be honest I think he is better on the inside too, Degale is a dangerous fighter, but Ward doesn't make the type of mistakes that for example Dirrell does. He isn't that sloppy but he is equally gifted, if not more so. He really is a tall ask for any fighter, I think Kovalev has a good shot, but other than that I can't see any of these guys giving him much issues.
Are you implying that movie actor from Creed is better than real life boxer? Andre Ward is only an actor that portrays fictional character you dumb ass...

I'd like Degale to fight two more times against Jack and guys of that level, Ward is in his own class, so you need to be at your best. This is assuming Ward can make 168 easy and is still fighting there. At this point Ward.

              When comparing two Brits, yes.

I think Ward is capable of putting any man to sleep.

He just shows them his highlight reel.

DeGale completely embarrasses Ward. Just like Bute would've in 2011.

degale's definitely a live dog. still, you've got to figure that ward's got what it takes to beat degale when he's at his best. if degale's movement is giving ward problems and winning him rounds ward can always go all the way inside and work. he's shown the ability to do it consistently.

i haven't seen the dirrell fight in a while, but i do remember a marked contrast between his gas tank in that fight and the bute fight. he looked very fit against bute, but he always looks fit. more importantly, he's learning how to pace himself in a 12 round boxing match. every time he looekd lik ehe was going to tire he'd come back with a combination and get back on his toes. it was enouhg to win him some rounds agaisnt bute that might have been close otherwise. degale showed me a good deal of improvement and professionalism against bute.

still, there's a huge difference between fighting a timid lucian bute, who has never been the same since froch, and ward. ward's got a reputation as a spoiler, which is something that he does from time to time. he doesn't get the credit deserved for being relentless and physical. he's a rough customer on the inside. he's extremely well balanced in terms of where and at what distance he can be effective. i'd call him the most rounded fighter in boxing if he were aggressive or a big puncher, but he's not. it's a lot of work to fend off a guy who is pressing you to the ropes with his shoulders and using his leg strength, but you don't take a beating or get knocked out the way you would against a bigger puncher.

ward on points. the interesting question is whether or not ward's lost a step because of the layoffs and father time. that's not taking anything away from degale. he just doesn't fight as good at any distance, and isn't a big enough puncher to keep that from mattering.

Do you post for pure shock value or are you really this dumb?

Nationalistic pride is a good thing, but you have to keep your feet on the ground. 1776 was a long time ago, get the **** over it already
