this fight was bound to get made....dudes was bashing AK for trying to land Floyd and Pac....the point of him EARNING the fight never outweighed the stylistic problems he would cause BOTH ATGs....anyway's, behind door number 3 is Kell....lets get it!!!

How many years begging doing nothing , wasting a career, fighting no one, talking absolute garbage and making a complete laughing stock of himself and his 'fans' ....only Khan could make such a mess.
Lets hope if he is forced in to a jan/feb fight he doesn't get knocked off although with their level of confidence in him it will only be some washed up lightweight in there with him.....but lets hope it's not Prescott.

Khan should of never signed with haymon. His career has gone down hill since that moment. Haymon told him to pass up the Alexander fight for the title after the deal was done. Instead porter gets the fight wins the title then brook beats him. If he fought Alexander then he would of kept that title away from brook. Instead he thought he had the Mayweather fight because haymon told him problem is Floyd is the only haymon fighter who makes his own decisions. He backed out the khan fight to face maidana and has turned down khan every fight since.

Meanwhile khan fighting lesser comp turned down a title shot against Bradley and wasted like 2 years of his prime. All his biggest wins came before he signed with haymon. Now both Manny and Floyd will retire and khan got neither fight. If he stayed with golden boy no doubt he would of gotten the manny fight and would of been fighting better fighters his career would be in much better shape. Instead he has been trying to back into a fight haymon promised but couldn't deliver. Talk about everything blowing up in his face LMAO

Stop With The Nonsense 'Brook Ducked The Whole Division'

Are you kidding me? Brook has called Khan out for a number of years; long before today. In the meantime he waited more than 2 years for ANY title shot. Finally got his shot in the US, and schooled Shawn Porter for a welterweight title. Very credible. So he is fed two tomato cans since, in around healing from a stabbing attack, and a recent rib injury in training camp, and clowns call out he's ducking the division?!!? That's ridiculous. Bradley didn't want to travel to Wembley to fight for titles, so they sought to send Chaves instead. Marquez who states he absolutely has to win a 147 belt, wouldn't travel to fight Brook in Wembley (keep in mind, Brook is the Champ/ he came to the US to win the belt to take home). Rios was talking up a huge storm, making big demands over a rematch clause, which meant Rios wasn't really wanting the fight, then showed against Bradley why he didn't deserve Brook or Bradley. Thurman said he'd travel to Wembley to fight Brook, then went dark and heard nothing more, just like Thurman went dark over a Shawn Porter fight. In the meantime Brook is told he has a mandatory against some tomato can, and he'll likely take the fight to stay active and knock the fool out, since recovering from a rib injury. Brook is the real deal. Great skills, phenomenal condition, hits hard. Ducks nobody you fools. When he knocks out Khan, watch all these bandwagon fans jump aboard.

Maybe they were hoping that Bradley would look good enough against Rios to respark interest in that fight.

Bradley is still a quality opponent but the fight is unnecessary.

Khan-Brook on the other hand is exciting.

No question. Khan wanted a lottery ticket, biggest payday of his career begging Floyd & Manny. Not that he thinks he wins, he wanted the money at all cost, hence why he wanted to take NO chances against the top contenders at 147: Brook, Thurman, Bradley, Porter. That's why he scoffed at Brook saying, "you need to go beat someone; you're not at my level". Lol. That should make Porter feel good. Khan also said, "I'd love to fight Thurman and give fans an action fight they want". Thurman said he was game, then heard crickets from Khan. Provodnikov sent a signed offer sheet over to Khan to fight, and Khan ignored it. We saw the way Khan fought Algieri, whom Manny knocked down 6x. Khan fought scared all night, getting hit with straight right hands from start to finish. Once he climbs in with a legitimate full fledge welterweight contender, Amir gets knocked cold. He couldn't take Garcia's punch at 140, nor a tomato can named Prescott. Floyd & Manny know Khan did nothing since showing up at 140 and has been avoiding contenders for a payday. If Khan is all that, then all he had to do was step in and beat any of those top 4 then Floyd & Manny would be more likely to give him a shot.

Khan was gunning for the Pac and Floyd fight and rightly so.

Khans never been one to shy away from a challenge, Brook on the other hand has ducked and wriggled his way to this fight

Who wants to fight Brook? Arum said no to the Bradley fight and they can't even seem to get Thurman to sign off to fight Brook's leftovers even though they're both under the same promotional banner.

Brook is left with the likes of Chaves or ****ty mandatories.
