like basically they said boxing isnt netting them any profit and they would no longer air boxing as a part of theere sports programming??

and if it did happen,is it a good thing or a bad thing??assuming haymon picks up all the slack and puts them on free TV instead of monthy premium channels like hbo and showtime,which cost upwards of $15-$30 extra on TOP of ur cable package

This is a dumb hypothetical because it would never happen. HBO and SHO boxing budgets are a tiny fraction of the overall network budget, yet there is a substantial number of people who subscribe to those channels only for boxing.

The boxing franchises on those channels aren't going anywhere
