Hard to know which fighter is his best challenger.
I wouldn't be very confident with Jacobs berating GGG because of the way he got wrecked by Pirog and dropped by Mora.

You should also give the option to select "Nobody".
I see GGG having the best and most competitve fight with Canelo.
But Canelo got hurt by Cotto's fat brother even though that was long ago. I have never seen GGG hurt. GGG and Canelo have a similar style and GGG is basically better in every category except handspeed.

You said biggest challenge, cause even you know that these fights aren't particularly good per se, just raising in "challenge". Like Floyd fighting Tony Pep in 1998 before Hernandez, if Boxingscene was around at the time, Tony Pep would be mentioned as one of Floyd's best wins...out of a bad bunch. So if you want me to mention GGG's best wins outof his bad bunch, it's Martin Murray. But don't expect people to call Rubio, Geale, Stevens, Ishida Hall of Famers or great fighters.

If you read about their sparring session, he had backed him up and on the ropes. Alvarez takes too much of a round off, Golovkin never stops, too accurate and hits too hard, he is relentless coming forward.
The guys that go rounds with Golovkin are those that move, Murray moved around, Rosado moved around. Canelo is static.

And a seperate bet, if GGG and Canelo negotiate a fight in between and I can see Canelo vs a real MW, not small Cotto, then I can make a better assessment of Canelo vs GGG. If I feel that Canelo can beat GGG i'll bet on it. But definitely right now I can bet you Canelo goes 12, you can bet on that.

Both times Gernandez steeped up he was shut up. Geale fought a special fighter and he was shut out. Now tell me what's the difference.
He and Geale are solid B+ fighters, good against most fighters but usually loss too the best.

Lara, Saunders, maybe Andrade are the trickiest stylistic match-ups, but the odds would be very, very long against them actually beating him.
