Granted Wilder is not a smart man and Wilder comes across as a dim witted immature unintelligent moron but Wilder did beat the average Stivierne and won a title belt as a Heavy. Shannon has many mental issues and is borderline crazy and broke. Let Shannon fight an Aerrola or even an Eric Molina or that french Fruit Wilder just KO'd to prove Shannon is worthy of a Wilder fight. Keep in mind Vitali almost killed Shannon in Germany. This should be one sided, but I'd love to see what Wilder will do when he sees Briggs coming at him full steam. Technically, he should be nothing more than a punching bag due to his age, but he's still highly ranked and is a decent fighter.
