Jim is educated and articulate enough to NOT have to use the term "******".....if he had made that reference in previous fights from fighters of different nationalities then it wouldn't be a issue...example, "Martinez is controlling Chavez Jr. and winning every round....Chavez needs to use his size and push Martinez back to the ropes and go ****** on him"....but he didn't!!

So that would make ANYBODY with a bit of common sense think the reference was made because Kirkland is African American....which is most likely the case here....people may get technical and say people of ALL nationalities live in ******s....but this is African American slang we're talking about

Issues like this reminds me of watching a fight....one guy gets hit and it looks like it doesn't hurt because his opponent didn't show the type of reaction a fighter normally does when hit hard....but the guy who took the punch may feel different about the shot than the audience do....he may have felt some type of power that he has to RESPECT because the shot did in fact sting him.....in this case, African Americans (who understand how the term is used) may feel different than non African Americans about Lamps ignorance....it is what it is!!...Lamps been suspected of being bigot for years....this is just another example why

It reminds me of a Fat Yankess I once met, who told me her aunt came from England. When I asked where from, she suddenly puts on this voice like one of the butlers in Universal horror movies from the 1930s, and went "Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanchester".

It seemed beyond her that she could pronounce the city in her own voice.

He has learned some boxing from calling fights for so long but I still have no respect for his opinion on anything to do with boxing and I don't like the way he does his job.
