Amir Khan (31-3, 19KOs) has denied that any recent negotiations have taken place for a summer showdown with domestic rival Kell Brook (35-0, 24KOs), who holds the IBF welterweight world title.

Brook's promoter, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom, was quoted as saying that a Khan-Brook showdown was possible for next May or June. Hearn already has a June date on hold at Wembley.

khan such a female, its clear as hell he been begging for figths for years now! he knows hes a chump and his time is up its only a matter of fighting a real top fighter again till he gets ice so he wants to cash out and collect that severance package, so he was crying for a mayweather fight and even put his own career on hold hoping for it and when it didnt happen he went for pacquaio and was just too desperate for it and he is not getting that and now he wants the brooks fight after all this **** he said about brook doesnt deserve it he needs to figth more names etc etc lol Amir Khan aint nothing but a boxer's version of a gold digger.

And I dont like brooks either but I dont know what I would like to see more brooks give khan the cold shoulder and dont give him the fight and let it burn khan or give em the fight and knock him out.

So why doesn't Khan or his team call Brook's team and start the negotiations themselves?

I know Khan is the bigger draw here, but he's the one in desperate need of a big fight. More so than Brook. He's not going to get Pacquiao, didn't get Mayweather the only big money fight left is Brook. He better make it, before he fights the wrong guy and gets KO'd for much less $$$

Manny and his team aren't phoning , Floyd and his team didn't phone and now Brook and his team aren't phoning . Glass jaw knows the Brook fight would take a matter of hours to make and if he wanted it could be made right away.
