    Edmonton Heavyweight... Stan Surmacz-Ahumada

I know his Father from work. He just started in the domestic scene here in Edmonton & also fights out of Winnipeg too. He broke this guy's nose. I'm looking for his 2nd fight in Manitoba. He sent that guy to the hospital...

Maybe he can get Tye Fields to come back for a King of Alberta fight.

He looks alright, although it's tough to judge the guy against such terrible opposition. His opponent in the second vid you posted looks like a midget.

LOL... A midget with down syndrome. On a serious note I talked to his dad today & he is very humble about his boy. It sounds like he will be going to Vegas to train until march. That is his next fight. He is having troubles finding opponents. There are a few Canadian HWs I figured would fight him but they are all from down east. His fight in March is in Manitoba again...

Ahumada and his father should pick your brain for some HW matchmaking advice/info. You probably know more about the low-to-mid level heavyweight fighters than most promoters and people who actually work in the boxing game.

I'm not sure about that but i do watch a lot of domestic & journeymen fighters. He's with KO boxing who is the main promoter in Alberta. Finding tomato cans willing to get beat up are not easy to find here in western Canada. When you break someone's nose in your debut then send the guy to the hospital in your 2nd fight word gets around the gyms fast. It's too bad he didn't turn pro earlier then 25. He tried a few different construction trades but wasn't interested. I guess we will see where he goes. The Canadian champ Dillon Carmen doesn't exactly look to scary. I miss Neven Pajkic. He was a tough guy but only had 1 fight after he the Fury match. He retired as he does a lot of acting...
