"Froch doesn't need the money" vs "Khan is ****** to turn down $5 million"

The Khantard jealousy is real
Khan was a celebrated amatuer and hyped to the moon but got absolutely flattened by the first puncher he came up against and his career has underwhelming.
Froch was an unheralded fighter who was forced to fight off UK TV at times but still amassed more respect, a better resume and higher career earnings than poor little Amir.
Muh charity work doe! Muh net worth doe!

In terms of legacy turning the fight down isn't the best move but purely from a financial perspective, Froch has a net worth of $20 million whereas Khan has a net worth of $30 million. To summarise, money should not be the main enticement for Khan to fight Brook this summer but rather to establish himself back at the top of British boxing and the top of 147.
Khan has done more in his 20s than Froch did and I'm a bigger fan of Froch. But the truth is always the truth. Khan deserves respect but I guess his flaunting of his wealth and his personality may have annoyed people...actually I think it's his skin colour and religion. The truth hurts.
But, Khan beating Brook would be great for his legacy, make him a two weight champ, the 3 rd best welter outside of TB and MP. Problem is, he won't get the credit he deserves, the same problem was seen post Madiana or Judah or Alexander, when tonnes of people were predicting KOs. So, it's a damned if he does, damned if he doesn't scenario with Khan.

I'm still waiting to hear these great victories of Carl Froch that are better then anything on Khan's resume.

Anyone who thinks Khan has achieved even remotely close to what Froch has, is completely delusional .

The only guy to have convincingly beaten him is Ward on points whereas Khan was almost put in a coma by a Colombian goat herder.

That's not to say Khan has done more, as Froch has beaten Pascal, Kessler, Bute with Khan falling slightly behind with regards to Maidana, Judah or Alexander/Malignaggi. But Khan still has at least 3-4 years left in his career, which will mean he'll chalk up better wins.
So if you respect Froch for his achievements, you'll have to respect Khan for his, as they're very close.
