not saying i agree with 155 for canelo but when u want something u have to go get it regardless if belts are on the line or not..more importantly a good fight is capable of being made..examples:

marquez sais 144 for floyd bc he wanted to be great
cotto said 145 for pac bc he wanted to be great
porter said 144 for broner bc he wanted to be great
floyd said 154 for dlh bc he wanted to be great
idk who asked but 152 for a good fight for floyd and canelo

all these guys talked it and walked win lose or draw

ggg has only talked it by saying 154-168...now he's hiding behind hastags like "allthebelts"...

That's OK, he probably cares more about the Canelo fight than your respect

Sugarcoat it whichever way you want, they are being called on the we would fight anyone from 154-168, you cannot get away from it. He is good enough IMHO to take anyone at 168, he was prepared to fight Froch or Chavez at 168 and please don't mention money as the motivation, because that would even make him look bad. So fighting ward at 168 like his team claimed shouldn't be a problem, a ward win would do wonders for his resume and career.

But he can alway feast on boyband members and great list of fighters he has been fighting..
All Ward has to do if he wants Golovkin is wait for Golovkin to figure out his WBC deal since that is exactly what Golovkin has had all intentions or getting this year. Ward JUST came back after exile for two years and now he's already moving on to 175. If Ward wanted to, he could chill, let Golovkin figure out the Canelo situation since obviously that's what he and K2 having been working on since taking the Rubio fight. Its not like Ward was in the middle of any of this during that time, Ward just now came back to the sport. Now, if Ward is wants to go to 175 and if Kovalev is who he eventually wants, that's fine it's his choice his career, but let's not act like Golovkin hasn't been working towards getting big fights himself and is currently in a position to finally get that. Ward wasn't around for a long time, the world doesn't stop for Andre Ward when he fights a tune up so not sure why fans on NSB act like none of this is a reality and Golovkin and Ward van fight tomorrow night.

He NEVER said he would fight Ward at 168. Not once. And even if he did, and he didn't, Ward has been out of the game for so long GGG can change his mind.

What GGG needs is to keep ruling the division in the amazing fashion he has been. He does not need Ward. Period. Canelo is a bigger fight.

And again, if Ward wants to fight, nothing is stopping him from coming to 160. And I cannot wait for Kovalev to end him. Already no fans. After Krusher kills him, he'll be finished.

ggg u have to make up your minds..is your guy a small fighter that can make 154 or not...bc if he is u should be holding him to his word in order to see a great fight with him and canelo..or is he big and bad enough to tell ward ocme on back to 168..sure he can stay at 160 and fight a bunch of guys we dont care about, but then we'll still here stuff like this from ppl like floyd

that wbc belt should have nothing to do wit it..it is not going to throw one jab, slip one punch, or take instructions from any corner man...

                  GET OVER THAT EXCUSE..

try as hard as u may but andy lee and billy the kid are not respectable opponents for a guy considered worldclass as ggg is

Now you are just ranting, after Kovalev crushed him he would be finished? That's not what normal boxing fans would say. Anyways let GGG keep ruling the division? Against who's rosado? Macklin? Lem? That's the standard? After I would fight anyone from 154-168? For me I rate GGG more than the ones defending him, seems they have no confidence in him beating Ward. Carry on defending. He would have to take a risk eventually and go after legacy fights, you can't expect him to keep on feasting on the level of competition he is feasting on at the moment. He is better than that competition, he needs a challenge, a legacy fight, a fight where he would be pushed out of his comfort zone, strange that his fanatics don't have the confidence that others have in him.
