do people actually believe a word duva says anymore? I think people backed her for a little while cause they wanted to believe kovalev in the kov stephenson situation but as time goes on were seeing she really is a dirty lying piece of crap promoter after all. options are standard this is not some crazy thing. im sorry but duva is full of crap

She is such a liar. DiBella said she sat on that contract to see the outcome of Fury/Klitschko. She was complaing about the two fight option DiBella wanted but all promoters say that's standard for a voluntary fighting the champ. Now she's saying Hennessey wouldn't negotiate with hey but she filed the purse bid do quick there wasn't any time to negotiate. She also lied and said Glazkov wouldn't have had time to prepare for the fight with Wilder. That's also a lie because Glazkov has been training since November in preparation for a fight he pulled out of to fight Wilder

So she pulls her fighter from a title fight and the biggest payday & exposure of his career in order to fight for a vacant title for more money and the fight might not even be televised. Ergis Klimas is a horrible manager. He's allowing the promoter of his fighters to pass up big paydays and title fights for the benefit of Main Events.

I hope Jake does a follow up story with DiBella & Hennessey. If not this story ain't nothing more than a main events press release. Should make Main Events pay for this ad space.

play games? duva thats all you do is play games and then use the media to play them farther. their game is to get fights done not pretend to try and get fights done then use the media to get gullible fans on your side. duva is starting to show her true colors its unfortunate for her fighters

31-year-old Ukrainian heavyweight Vyacheslav "Czar" Glazkov (21-0-1, 13KOs), is now in Krasnodar preparing for his next fight. According to the manager Egis Klimas, Glazkov his client is under serious consideration to face WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (35-0, 34KOs), who returns on January 16th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

He has Wilder on a fight by fight basis. He's the promoter of this fight. Just like Floyd was on a fight by fight basis with Golden Boy and Cotto was on a fight by fight basis with Top Rank.

Smart match making by duva. Glazkov isn't really good. So why risk fighting against wilder when you can just match Glazkov against a more winnable opponent and win a title to have as a bargaining tool.

If there's any truth to this, you can blame both Duva and Wilder's team. Wilder's team for switching the contract with barely a month and a half to go because they clearly don't want him facing a top (what is the other guy--5? 7?) ranked boxer before a big money Povetkin clash--and that's if they take that. And Duva for trying to get a belt the cheap way for her fighter. An all garbage man scenario. Sorry--and a garbage woman in there, too.
