Dude is a good fighter but his team yaps too much, he'll fight this person or that person, but he is almost 34 years old and has the resume of a guy in his 20s.

He has all the talent in the world but they are wasting it on c and d level opposition


I never saw a fighter do so little, get so much hype in my life.

His ppv tanked because he hasn't fought anyone from 160-175 with more than a 20% chance of winning

I hope next year he tangles with Lee or Qullin if they win there next fights....Jacobs is ok but is chinny and Saunders is ok but no world beater

He should fight the winner of Lee-Saunders and Quillen-Jacobs


I don't know why his fans don't support him moving up and challenging himself, when they act like it s a requirement for other fighters

Is Canelo "elite"? Canelo only weighs 2 lbs more than Golovkin in the ring. They both have middleweight titles. They're both PPV. They know each other personally. What's the hold up? Unified championship @ 160 in Vegas or Los Angeles, where both have large fan bases.

I don't know that there's been a more obvious fight to make in the history of boxing.

Canelo vs GGG would be a good fight. Canelo would be in with a puncher in his prime who he isn't much bigger than and GGG will be facing an elite fighter with skills and decent speed and power....I'd love to see it within the next year but Golden Boy isn't gonna milk Canelo having the lineal and WBC title

Lemieux is a decent fighter but he is pretty basic

kid chocolate has been in with better fighters and is undefeated. If he gets by Jacobs he'd most definitely

He is a little more versatile and has some physical advantages over GGG unlike Lemieux


If they are gonna put him in with a Rosado, Monroe Jr. type fighter his next out, I don't want to hear about nobody being scared, how much of a beast he is, or any of that crap

First time I agree with you. Canelo should fight him soon at 160. If not Canelo he can fight Kid Chocolate, Lee, or any other top 160 fighter.

After earning 5+ millions in some big fight, which he deserves, he can go up and fight the top dogs at 168

They are not the only good fighters from 154-168

Lara has been calling him out, so has Eubank Jr.

Sturm and Martinez are ancient now and it does nothing for his legacy

Cotto just lost to Nelo


so that leaves Nelo, and Quillin.....Lee is a good choice is he gets by saunders


if "nobody wants to fight him" he should move up like everyone has in the past with that issue.....Paul Williams did when he couldn't get fights at 147...he fought who ever was willing to from 150-160, whether catchweights or 154, 160


GGG's team seems happy to get their fighter paid well and his opponent get paid peanuts.....boxing is called prizefighting for a reason.

GGG doesn't even bring in enough fans to make significantly more than his top rated opponents. His PPV tanked and nobody except his fanatics even know who he is.
