K2 refused to give predictions for the fight the entire promo and only did so at the last moment days before the fight. It had nothing to do with selling the fight it was to get the media off his back that were predicting the fight would flop so he HAD to give a number and he gave a realistic one. Oscar and Roc from DAY ONE OF THE PROMOTIONS were throwing out crazy numbers that were HISTORIC numbers just to sell the fight. Do you see the difference? Like really one side is saying hey we don't think the numbers will be that high it's his first time but 200k sounds realistic for what we need to reach on this PPV and one side is saying this is the greatest ppv in the history of sports we breaking all records come out Nov 21 buy it now before it's gone. All that was missing was Only in America with a Don King voice.

If you think these numbers are anything but a smashing success you are nuts. Canelo just DOUBLED Floyd's last PPV. And just did like 10X what GGG did. You trying too hard bro lol

The only "difference" that matters is in how many PPV's were sold for each fight. The rest is just nonsense. K2 said this, RNS said that. Big whoop.

lol the truth was it bombed, bad. 250k would have been a success but they were a whole 150k short of ppv buys

And no ****ing way GGG would accept a 155 CW against Canelo. Canelo was asking Cotto a 156 catchweight for the fight and Cotto forced him to 155. This because Canelo was optional. GGG IS NOT optional, he's mandatory. His opinion matters in the negotiations. Canelo was already asking for 156... he won't get away with 155 remember my word.
You really think that belt matters? LMAO. Canelo could vacate the belt tomorrow and fight GGG later next year at whatever catchweight he wants and make just as much money. GGG needs the fight with Canelo not the belt dummy. If he gets the belt by vacate it means NOTHING and he continues fighting for peanuts. He fights Canelo he gets his biggest payday and the biggest stage he can ever get unless he fight Mayweather which we know is never happening. So Canelo has all the leverage. Especially after GGG's PPV which did like 10X then Canelo's.

It's Canelo's world now he is the new PPV king he could fight anyone he doesn't need GGG or the belt.

GGG is not fighting for peanuts. He's fighting for 1.5/2 millions lately, even against Willie Monroe. So I don't think he is so desperated as you try to make it look.

Sorry for you. I give a **** about the new "ppv" king. Canelo alone did not make that, it was also Cotto involved.

GGG can unify at 160 and probably move up in 2017 and give a **** about Canelo.

And Canelo will be remembered as the coward that ducked GGG and vacated.

I had such high hopes that I converted one poster on NSB to actually use sources and try to find backup to their opinions before posting them. I'm so sad now

btw, do you at least see the irony in quoting Glaser's numbers in this thread? Yes? Maybe? Think about it, I believe in you.

Its the same thing lil g has just did when Ward announced that he's moving up to fight Kovalev, so how can lil g's ball washers be mad, when their hero did the same thing
When his body grows into middleweight he will be a TWO-time middleweight champion when he decides to move up
EXACTLY people who think GGG has any leverage are out of their mind. GGG has to play ball and let Canelo dictate the terms or there is no fight it's that simple. People are given way too much credence to a belt that Canelo can easily walk away from.

                      Hello Mr. Bardock:

                      250,000 - 150,000 = 100,000.

You're 50,000 short, friend! No worries, we all make simple mistakes from time to time.

                      50,000 + 100,000 = 150,000.

So 100k is the correct amount.

                      Thanks,
