I know the IBF aren't the worst sanctioning body but damn those are some pointless enforced mandatories. All one-sided wins for the champion against guys who haven't beaten anyone.

        LOL no doubt.

Its also kinda f#cked up that the IBF procedure seems to be the first person to send them a email dictates the situation. If Fury had jumped on the internet & sent off a passionate plea prior to his post-fight press conference he mighta been given the ability to rematch Klitschko with all titles intact, but since Duva jumped on that immediately & said no talks lets go straight to purse bids it is what it is now.

Hope Fury throws the belt in a **** filled toilet & Glazkov gets KO'd out the ring by Martin or that EBU champ or whoever he faces for the vacant title & lands right on Duva's ugly ass.

**** the IBF and **** Duva. I'd love to see Fury give that bum Glazkov a boxing lesson just to see that look on her face.

Glazkov only wins his fights via robbery, it's a joke that he's in a mandatory position for any kind of title.

Idk, I kinda dig Jose Uzcategui. You aren't wrong when you say he hasn't beaten anyone, but that kid gots ******ed power (15 of his 20 KO's in the first 2 rds) & it wouldn't shock me if he lit up some top guys including DeGale. I wouldn't be as bold to outright predict it, but if the odds are as wide as I'd expect vs DeGale I think it'd definitely be a fight I'd bet on cuz the odds won't accurately represent Uzcategui's real chance.

You can be guaranteed Wlad paid good money to get that bum into "mandatory" position. It's not like the IBF has no brains or shame, they just have to be bought, and the Klitschkos have stayed in power the way they have by choosing and buying their own mandatories. Even Fury was mistakenly hand picked.

Fury fought and won 3 title eliminators to get his shot at Wlad. I can't recall any other boxer in recent history who's had to do that to get a title shot.

I believe that Wlad didn't really want to face Fury, but credit to him, he did in the end. I bet he regrets it now though lol.

Fury is a silly maniac, but he was spot on about Wlad faking the injury because he wasn't ready. Wlad wouldve probably been KO'd if they fought on the original date. We still have an excuse coming from Wlad though so brace yourself. Vitali said something like "we know why he didnt perform well but it's too early to discuss that" as if it's any more honorable waiting a few weeks to come up with an excuse instead of doing it right away. I'm going with "back injury." Regardless, Fury has his number and so will every other fighter. All you gotta do is keep him from clinching with feints. Fury cracked the puzzle perfectly. It's been a decade since Wlad's actually jumped in and fought someone at a pace he didnt dictate, or simply fought someone he couldn't control including Haye regardless of the foot injury Haye was too small for Klits style. Fury did to Wlad what Wlad did to Haye and Wlad isn't going to learn how to dig in and fight at 40 years old. He's finished and Fury gets all the credit.
