Fury didn't maul jack, the only thing he did was thoroughly embarrass himself not backing up his pre fight claims, fighting in a shell and generally doing nothing noteworthy bar land his head on Wlad's cheek, the same cut cheek he had 7 further rounds to shred Wlad's face. Show me one link were Wlad states he was 'confused' by Fury, all I read was he couldn't land the jab so he didn't let the right hand go, hence he needs to fight differently next out. He admits to not making adjustments in the fight.

I think you read and interpret things differently, is not uncommon but a trait displayed more so in the older generation bordering and exhibiting the hallmarks of Alzheimer's.

There was a thread on here with an interview in which he said that the reason he did nothing was because Fury was confusing him, outboxing him, and was just generally too fast for him overall. I don't have a link to it, sorry.

Alzheimers? wow. I have the fight on my HD and have seen it like 7 times since November. You might need to rewatch it again, the faints and jabs Fury controls him with all night are clear as day.
