    Fury chose to accept Klitcshko's offer instead of going to purse bids, if the fight went to purse bids there would have been no rematch clause in the contract. It sucks but Fury put himself in this position.

      IBF has rules against rematch clauses taking priority over a mandatory. Rematch clauses don't negate a mandatory if it's been ordered and Duva knows this, that's why she's gunning to get Fury stripped
