who has he fought other than Wlad???? he was going to fight haye for the money and that was all.. you seriously think he fights povetkin,Wilder and joshua? when he can get haymon style money for fighting bums like jennings ??

he isnt destined for greatness and he aint fighting anyone with a pulse

he even said after the klit fight he wont fight deaotay...if that was tyson or ali or foreman thats the name they'd be screaming for to prove they're the best

Fury could have made many fights to earn a shot at Wlad earlier if he really wanted it and to make a statement(said he wanted to fight wlad 5 years ago lol)

Fury did the khan route, fight bums and talk **** to get a shot, that is all

If you fight enough tomato khans and have an unbeaten record Wlad will fight you and he knew that,,and he also knew when wlads in somone punching range he gets lost, gunshy and just loos for a clinch....wlad had no chance vs fury

Fury was mandatory for two of Wlad's belts & fought and won 3 title eliminators. Wlad had to fight him or he'd be stripped.

How many times does the above have to be repeated for these halfwits?

can you tell me when 'wlads ever looked comfortable in someones punching range..you dont have to look deep its as simple as that ,he cant handle being in someone punching range and thats it ,he never would or will beat fury because he doesnt have the grit to punch and possibly recieve a punch back.....fury is nothing special unless you count being a 6"9 chernobyl gypsy special

yeah thats cool but he got in that position by fighting the weakest competition possible...yes or no????

he could have skyrocketed to a Wlad fight had he earned his shot the old school way by making a name for himself fighting a (povetkin, chris arreola)something like that ...a rival prospect and please dont mention chisora he's not exactly a big name plus he already beat him

instead he fights guys like martin rogan

Povetkin ducked him hard. As for Chris "I ate all the buffet" Arreola, don't make me laugh.

Fury doesn't have the deepest resume in the division, but it ****s all over the likes of Wilder & Joshua.

Fury is the champ. He earned the shot and easily won the fight. Still I don't understand all the talk about Fury winning the title being so great for the heavyweight division. Wlad was a good champion who fought all worthy challengers in a timely manner. Will Fury do the same? The complaint about Wlad was even though his fights usually ended in a brutal KO, he held too much and his fights were dull and predictable. Fury's win over Wlad was as dull and unexciting as any fight I have seen and nobody even got hurt. I didn't even watch the fight after a few rounds because it was so boring with no hard punches and both men were at fault. Is Fury any more exciting than Wlad?

Of course he is, people have short memories. He fought Joey Abell who admittedly is a bum (yet still managed to drop Kabrat Poolev) and was dropping his hands and letting him take free shots. His fight with Steve Cunningham was great, a pure brawl. Chisora I was another great fight to watch.

Fury was facing Wladimir Klitschko, who is regarded as one of the strongest p4p punchers in the world, and was fighting for the unified HW title. Why would Fury engage in a shootout with a guy who can knock down walls? Why wouldn't he stick to his strengths?

Ok Boba, how much did you lose betting on Klitschko? It's ok, few thought Fury would win.
