Comments Thread For: Jermain Taylor Pleads Guilty, To Be Sentenced in April

Former champion Jermain Taylor (33-4-1, 20KOs), who is currently training for a ring return, appeared in Pulaski County Circuit Court in Arkansas and pled guilty to charges which stem from three separate incidents. Taylor will be sentenced in April.

Taylor has been out of the ring since last October, when he captured the IBF world title from Sam Soliman. He was eventually stripped in connection to his mounting legal troubles.

As long as they don't last longer than 15 minutes he'll be okay.

I suspect that Taylor has frontal lobe syndrome as a result of all the head trauma he has received. Your personality doesn't just change the way it has the last few years with him, I knew people that knew him years ago when he was an amateur and they said he was a sweet kid. I think damage to his frontal lobes has led to executive *********** in his brain.
