Gotta laugh at that **** Jim Lampley. Last weekend on Canelo-Cotto, he said that Wladmir would have no issue "vanquishing British challenger Tyson Fury"
Lampley was a real wanker about it. I'm not sure whether he didn't like Fury winning because Wlad is HBO-affiliated or because he is a British boxer.

I know Kellerman has looked down on British fighters in the past although he's currently keen on Anthony "Diesel" Joshua.

I wouldn't call myself a regular to this forum but I did post before the fight that I really wanted Fury to win and I did bet on him at 9/2 but I did still think Wlad was a slight favorite. Fair play to you for such a great call you deserve a lot of respect.

the only way you liked that fight is if you're a british fan of tyson fury. and that's fine. you want your guy to win. but don't act like it was a geat fight, please. that was one of the worst fights of the year. tyson jerked around all night like he was trying to shake flies off of his face, and klitschko just stared at him.
          I am British.

          It was a terrible fight.

Fury is not IMO going to make a great champion.

He still deserved the win, he took his shot.

That is a true prizefighter, like him or not.

i'll be shocked if he isn't on something. not going to complain abou tit, however. wladimir didn't strike me as squeaky clean, either. dude promotes himself .

i like fury just fine. i don't like boring fights for the HW championship.

fury hasn't been a particularly boring fighter for most of his career. wladimir has. i'm holding out hope that fury won't stink the joint out every time he fights. lots of blame has to go to wladimir, who was behind virutally all night, and did nothing to try and change the momentum of the fiht.

throw your f#cking right hand, wladimir, or i don't want to see you fight again!

boxing would have never existed if that's how the HW championship with regularly contested. this sport wouldn't exist.

i'm very candid about andre ward's career. you clearly dont read my posts if you think i'm some kind of fanatic.

ask me about how i think ward handled his contractual obligations with dan goossen,
or which periods of ward's inactivity were his fault,
or whether or not chad dawson was drained at 68,
what weight the kovalev fight should have been at [prior to ward 'officially' moving up to 175 lbs,] or what the split should have looked like.

i have him as my avvy doe [i turned off avvies years ago, and didn't care about them before i did.]

you just don't like that i recognize the reality that froch had no business sharing a ring with andre ward, the best SMW of the SS era.

that's not fanboysim. that's just a realistic look at the era. one fighter was a heck of a lot better than the other. its the reaction of a fanboy to think that somebody is impartial when he recognizes that reality.

carl froch has a lesser resume than andre ward. they fought when ward had two broken bones in his left hand. ward completely embarrassed him.

                      fanboy doe.
