Huh? Two years ago? Last I heard he wanted to unify middleweight. Even got a couple of titles there to make that possible.

He only wanted to fight Froch cuz he couldn't seem to get anyone in his own division. He finally was able to get someone in his own division in Lemieux to fight him and hopefully Sanders-Lee winner or Canelo.
