Funny, I remember David Haye (Who has beaten nobody of note in his whole career) running like his life depended on it twice from Mr Fury.

Might just be my memory though

Wlad was pathetic in there. I mean how could anyone in their right mind expect to even be remotely competitive in a boxing match if you don't let your hands go?

Great win for Fury but I think it was more of Wlad giving the fight away to Fury opposed to Fury taking it from Wlad. There were tons of opportunities for Wlad to crush him with a right and instead he just stood there looking confused.

I have never seen a champion give his title away like that. No sense of urgency, no commitment to his punches, just showed up to give up his title.
        EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm delighted Fury won but I have to agree. How anyone can talk about great performances last night is beyond me. There was barely a single fluid combination thrown in the entire fight. Not even a 1-2 that you'd remember. You can't just ignore that because you're happy with the outcome.

Wlad collected big time on his own loss? What better way to collect many millions betting on your own upset loss with huge odds in play?

A lot of people here don't understand that Wlad is a defensive boxer. He's scared of being hit because of the weak chin displayed in his early loses. When he found he couldn't use his reach or size as defensive tools in this fight- he became scared to throw punches. He's just not the sort of fighter who takes risks.

So will Wlad throw more punches in the rematch? Maybe... but he risks being knocked out. Fury is not a huge puncher but he doesn't need to be to KO Wlad.

Wilder will be a tougher opponent that Klitschko for Fury. Klitschko was harder from a mental perspective - he hadn't lost for 11 years etc etc but Wilder is harder from a fighting perspective. He's faster more agile and he hits very hard. Having said that Wilder will be stepping up in class to fight Fury. Fury just has a better calibre of fighter on his record. There are some bums on Fury's record, but nearly all bums on Wilder's.

I personally think Fury is the better boxer out of the two but Wilder could still KO him. I still pick Fury to win that though,

All that **** about Wlad is true, but that shouldn't matter. He only came to fight the last round. If he fought the first 11 rounds like he fought the last one, he would've won easily. He had the tools to win, but he beat himself. Cuz it's not like Fury put on a show, he just barely did enough to win rounds, and it was easy cuz Wlad did next to nothing.

And I don't think Wilder stands a chance against either man. Wilder's too skinny for those guys. Heavyweight division, more so than any other division, is all about size. Wilder's tall, but he needs more mass, he's too skinny. Wilder has an avantage against other fighters cuz of his height. But against Fury and Wlad, he's done. Wilder has suspect defense too. Easy pickings for Fury and Wlad.

I'm not disagreeing with you about Wilder but people were saying similar things about Fury: saying he's clumsy, no chin, and all mouth. Which of course he isn't, well his chin isn't great but he's a skillful boxer and he always backs up what he says.

I still think Wilder is better than he looks. Surely being skinny gives him agility that the heavier guys just don't have? I see him as a harder opponent for Fury Than Wlad was.
