I think Wlad just wanted to give Fury something to stress about in the build up to the fight so while team Fury is at it's wits end Wlad is chilling. The Klitschkos always play some last minute mind games/dirty tricks on their foes come the big fights

That's the nature of the Klitschkos. Their opponent does Borat impressions and insults them while they just sit their with that dead-eyed stare. And then when their opponent's done talking they just do something like this.
