IMHO JMM biggest fight to date is the one against PAC and it was a DRAW, he need another BIG FIGHT and WIN to land a bigger place in history, rather than just a SIDE NOTE for MAB, EM and PAC...

i really would love to see JMM face PAC again to settle their unfinished business ...

He should have taken the rematch with paq and he still might, but if he doesn't...It will forever haunt him. He made one of the greatest comebacks in Boxing History when he came back in the first Paq fight.

First Paq fight was Point's versus Performance, that night Juan performed better than Paq.

That was a great article, and Juan Manuel and Rafael Marquez are two of my least favorite fighters. Juan Manuel will be remembered as the guy who "almost was great". I loved seeing Chris John pull the upset, but I do think that John's skills are underrated, which hopefully, the boxing public will soon get to see. It's back to square one for Marquez, and even though I despise him, I hope he does elevate his status to the top again, because there are several fights that we all want to see him in. I think Pacquiao would beat him soundly in a rematch, as Marquez hasn't shown a lot of improvement, and Manny impresses more in each bout. There are a lot of great fights to be made at both Featherweight and Jr. Lightweight, and I would like to see Marquez back in the mix. He's one of those guys that I love to hate. That being said, I hope he gets his ass handed to him when he does reach the next level again.

As a side note, Rocky Juarez is overrated, and Barrera will outclass him. Barrera nor Morales has enough left in the tank to beat Pacman, and the fight I want to see is Pacquiao-Barrios. That would be an all out war, and I think it would be great while it lasted. Pacquiao holds an edge in skill, so I don't think Barrios could beat him, but damn, that'd be pure adrenalin if those two threw down. If only the WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO would work together... can you imagine if the sanctioning bodies came together for one common goal... unification in every weight class... it's never going to happen, but that would lead to so many great fights in so many weight classes. I guess I'm being a dreamer, but if these four groups would come together, it would lead to amazing entertainment. But why would they try to cater to the fans when they can make loads of money on bull**** fights? Sorry for the rant. It just makes the true fan wish he was a multi-billionaire, so that he could drop a couple billion to make the great fights happen. Everybody's got a price...

Rocky Juarez packs a whallop, though. Particulary his left hook. Very ballsy of Barrera to choose a fight with Rocky.

Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to the fight. Barrera was going to fight Chavez, which would've been a true test, but he's coming off wins over Fana and Peden, who were no where close to the same level as Barrera. Juarez is solid, but he looked very average in defeat. I just want to see MAB in there with the best.
