Khan draws against anyone and with Cotto it'd be a massive fight, but the weight difference will prevent the fight from happening because Khan's not about to go up to fight someone at 154 when they aren't a titleholder. More likely to see Khan go up for Canelo.

He did 1.5 million on a Friday against Algieri so that's pretty much case closed, Khan vs Cotto would be huge but the weight difference and lack of title means it isn't a plausible match up.
