I personally had Guerrero winning 115-113 but can also see it going 115-113 for Garcia. And for the record, CompuBox is a ****ing joke.Last edited by billeau2; 01-24-2016, 09:54 AM.

However, the IBF Championships Chairman confirmed that Khan had indeed been offered the fight with Bradley and that it had been rejected on his behalf by his team.
“Amir Khan’s people turned down the fight. Bradley accepted,” Tucker told BoxingScene.Last edited by mathed; 01-24-2016, 09:55 AM.

They just cry a lot in that villa. "Oh but, Guerrerro showed heart when he got punched in the mouth a lot"
It's pain talking. They do a lot of pain-speak in that region.
"Ay Ay ay...porque!???"

The Mansour fight was awesome while it lasted though.

Pretty entertaining fight.
Guerrero did some good while in close. The main problem I saw with his performance was that he walked straight at Garcia way too often and he paid for it.
Guerrero displayed a great chin, but that doesn't win fights. I'm not a Garcia fan as I always think he is blah. After this fight, I still do. I don't know if he could have taken Guerrero out, but in the later rounds, I really didn't see him step on the gas either. The Ghost fought the whole way and I liked his rally at the end.
However, I really think it's time for "The Ghost" to drop back down to 140. His punches got a little respect from Garcia. At 140, his punches would get much more respect and I think if he got that incentive early on, he could end more fights instead of them going to the cards. At 147, he just can't score a knockout. Also at 140, he's really hard to hurt since the 147 pounders can't put him down for the count- not even Thurman.
As for Garcia, he has had an excellent run overall. I just think he will never be a superstar because he won't really pull the trigger. He's too content to do enough to get the win without pressing his case. That's fine and winning is winning. However, a Duran or a Leonard or a Hearns would always turn up the pressure until it was over. That's what I think Garcia is lacking. I don't think Guerrero lacks that. I think he's in the wrong division and he needs to learn to give more angles and head movement especially against a counter puncher like Garcia.
I noticed Mayweather commented that he thought Guerrero was ahead. I can only think that this is because he beat Guerrero and wants to see him beat plenty of guys to elevate his own standing. From his point of view, I don't blame him, but I don't buy it. Had it been any other guy than a guy he had beaten in there, he would say Garcia was ahead.
