a CW for a world title is sick, we all know this. but this aint new. we've seen a history of CW for world titles when guys being the A SIDE dictate terms. if you wanna fight at a CW just drop the belt IMO but i doubt the WBC forces canelo to drop, its more lucrative to have him champion bc of the money. and before anyone begins, i don't think floyd should have got the 154 titles he beat canelo for at 152, if he wanted the CW, without the titles, that should have been the route. the marquez CW was fine bc marquez issued the challenge and was willing to make the jump, just like pacquiao jumped two divisions, just like hopkins jumped two divisions, just like broner jumped two divisions, just like mosley jumped two divisions. he was p4p no3 and unified and wanted to fight floyd, no title on the line and floyd missed the CW but came in under the weight class limit. paid him the money and shut him out. we've seen worst CW behavior in the past.

It's one thing if he only rehydrated up a handful of pounds but he doesn't he puts on nearly 20 so he can easily make 160 he just sees it as a advantage to drain someone else even if he himself struggles to make the weight
