Only in the ring. For other public events (I'm not sure about UFC events, weigh ins, pressers) you can wear whatever & Jones is a guy out in the public a lot.
This guy wrote a lil blurb about something Jon Jones said. If you haven't watched the Ariel Hewani interview with Jon (its good btw) he mentions that his people are talking to Floyd's people about a clothing deal.
At UFC events I would expect it is Reebok (definitely not it's competitors) or something no obviously branded. Outside of official UFC events they can do whatever they want.Comment

Jones is the most gifted MMA fighter I've witnessed, but the guy can't keep his **** together outside the octagon. anyways, good for him if he can make a few extra dollars on the side, but lay off the blow man, and get back to whippin that ass.Comment

This would be huge for the money team. Expanding into MMA with probably the best fighter in the UFC, Could he be close to getting athletes from team sports soon. If he got into the nfl venture, his first client my guess would most likely be Leonard Ellerbes cousin, Dannell but that would be as a favor to leonard. TMT Making waves in the sports world
The move, if it actualy ends up happening, is no different than what the transition was for Jordan brand when Jordan hung up the sneakers; the brand still had the feel/cache of Jordan, but needed active athletes to push that feel forward.
Pre-Reebok deal, I have no doubt that Floyd would've tried to talk with Holly Holm's camp about rocking a TMT hat, even before the KO win, and Floyd would not be scared off of doing business with and sitting down to discuss putting a TMT hat on Jon Jones either, with someone like Chris Weidman not far behind having his own discussions.
I just don't see how that sentiment gets carried forward with the Reebok deal in place.Comment

Thats nuts. Okay sure he's not reached the heights of Conor & Ronda, but who has? Brock maybe & thats it. Jon is still considered by most to be the P4P #1 guy & he's probably in the top 4-5 in PPV sales of the current roster.Comment

Conor might be a better fit. Or the Alpha Male camp who are strongly business oriented themselves & are kinda already like a TMT of MMA. Basically idk that just because Holm as a boxing background that shes the type of person TMT would wanna eff with unless they are trying to re-brand.Comment

Well for one the UFC doesn't Co-Promote and never has, and 2. Reebok has pretty much taken over and won't allow fighters to wear any other sponsors while entering the Octagon.Comment
