It's just A side flexing Manny P and Floyd all did it. Also why can't gg come down to Canelo's weight he's the A side he makes demands

Floyd did have that ugly CW unification, true. But even that wasn't at 148, that'd be way more disgraceful, and there was no mandate either way. If Team Canelo aren't just trying to duck, they'll agree on 157-158 which is still not right.

If gg doesn't agree to the CW I don't think the fight is going to happen. Hopefully he agreed to that and we can have another big event

Cotto better hope for a canelo rematch because without it, there really isn't anyone for him to fight for his last fight.

Andrade has a lawsuit against roc nation.
              Charlo brothers are haymon
              Lara is haymon
              Quillin/jacobs are haymon
bradley is top rank. Both cotto and Arum said they don't wanna do buisness ever again.

Andy lee, Tureano johnson, David Lemieux and gabe rosado if he beats clottey are really the only fights that Cotto and roc nation can make for the Puerto Rican day parade. Due to politics

supposedly they are the same size, or at least thats what golovkids claim...
i must admit title being in line makes a difference and it should be at the full limit, but i wouldnt rule out the CW at all...

If it's about money, Canelo will make more fighting Golovkin. His guarantee would be much higher than the 5Mil he just made against Cotto. Even if canelo is the A-Side against Cotto, Cotto isn't going to fight for less than 10MIL. Golovkin is cool with getting 5 Mil and a knockout.

But if Canelo-GGG were to go to a purse bid (which i doubt) I believe Golovkin would be entitled to 45%.

A fight where a popular fighter is in danger of losing?

                    That would never sell!

Yeah, but's 155 doe. Only one pound over 154 and that's not even close to half way.

Canelo didn't have to cut 148 to fight Floyd and Cotto didn't have to go down to 141 to fight Pac.

Canelo is the A side and has the right to ask for a catchweight, but 155 is going too far. 157-158 would be a reasonable demand.
