It was actually fully warranted. Murray was diving into Abraham's waist and grabbing him the whole fight. He was warned about it repeatedly too

I had him losing to Martinez and Abraham and drawing with Sturm so dont see any controversy.

He probably could have got an extra kd vs Martinez which might have helped but **** happens. The point deduction vs Abraham was valid

I respect the hell out of Murray for going to Germany x2,Monte Carlo and Argentina for all his biggest fights, but his style is not easy to score. Not much power, scrappy, lots of holding and spoiling etc. There have been times where he looks on top and you want him to push the action but he very rarely comes out of his comfort zone.

Location didn't matter, he lost the fight.

If you don't want to lose world title fights, do enough to win. When you've got a guy like Abraham pushed back and against the ropes, do work, don't just back off and let him go forward. It was really that simple, less backing off and he would have won.
