THATS NOT A PULL COUNTER, THATS A SLIP AND COUNTER.. one of the first ways trainers teach you to take away the jab...a pull counter is when you pull your head back and transfer you weight from you front foot, to your back foot, while pulling and rolling the jab at the same time, counter with the right when the opponents lead hand is partially extended from jabbing

He did pull counter though many times in the fight. Both with the right hand, and right uppercut. The gif you showed is a slip off the jab, but the uppercut he landed in other gifs was a pull counter, right uppercut and going under the left hook.

went to the gif thread....he pulled it off a few times.....he doesn't commit with the counter straight right or transfer his weight like Money does..he just pulls his head back and throws the shot....Mayweathers is sharper....the kid is improving and that pull counter on the uppercut was sick....I like Canelo, except for the damn 155 weight class he created lol

nice....the pull counter with the str8 right is hella stiff...he didn't transfer weight, he just pulled his head back and shot the right hand....he is improving though...kids a helluva fighter
