**** no. that stiff ***** was down frmo a shot by the mighty steve cunningham

fury is going to be way too stiff and slow of foot to get out of the way of the right hand. he is not mariusz wach, with a chin of straight up iron.

mid round stoppage, and that's only because wladimir is so cautious. he's not going to have any problem hitting fury with the jab, right hand, or the hook.

Of course, Fury is one of the better heavyweights.

Now you can argue about what that means about today's heavyweight division, and it does say quite a bit, but ti doesn't change Fury's standing at heavyweight at this moment.

Though I suspect we'll see some absolutely ridiculous talk about this making Wlad the GOAT, despite everyone and their mother expecting him to knock Fury out.

I like how he goes full octopus after punching himself. Wlad probably tries to clinch cars that come too close to his.

          Are we talking historically?

Only in as much as its another win on his resume vs a so called top5 ranked contender.

I love that mental ***** but he isnt that great. I think he can give an old Wlad some problems with his movement and style but i expect him to be ko'd (and ive put a bet on that outcome too). He isnt coordinated, balanced or strong enough to consistently be world class and his chin has been rocked several times before by light punchers

Whats crazy is that Tyson Fury has managed to get a top 3 ranking with only wins over past prime Chisora and past prime Cunningham (who he struggled with). What a resume

          Strongest era in history though!

No, because he's still too scared to fight Shannon Briggs.

Definitely. If he beats Fury I will have him firmly in top5 ATG HW. I already have him in upper top10.

Shame because I think if Tyson looses he won't stay long enough to show just how good he is. Tyson would make an easy work of Wilder.

A win over Tyson Fury moves Wlad up 5 or so places on your ATG HWlist?

                Tyson Fury.

I think TEAM2FAST's propaganda has gone to your guys heads

Fury is an age 27, undefeated 6'9" heavyweight. He has an 85" wingspan, much of it in his long arms.

Klitschko is approaching his 40th birthday, is 6'6". He has an 81" wingspan, proportionally more of it in his shoulders rather than his shorter 26" arms.

If Wlad beats Fury, will you recognize it as a good win for the aging heavyweight champion?
Of course he'll get credit, he has always gotten credit when he has beaten legitimately good opposition, i.e. Povetkin, Haye, Pulev and so on. The issue is, if it's another lack luster performance, will he get criticised? I think he will and he should. You can't tip tap with a guy ready to be KOd and you shouldn't hug an opponent so much that it turns into a wrestling match.

Personally, I have every hope that this turns into a fun fight be cause if Fury is down on the cards, he will not allow Wlad to turn it into another clinchfest.

I don't see why not, unless Klitschko has a bad performance and barely makes it out with a win. Wouldn't be one of his best wins, but still a good one.

People always complain that Klitschko is too big doe, that's why he dominates. Wlad is giving up a pretty good size advantage and even though Fury is a little stiff, he still has power and he may land something on Klitschko who is getting up there in age and giving up a size advantage. So this fight isn't a safe, soft touch kind of fight like other top fighters take nowadays.

Wlad is older, but still a class above Fury. Hopefully he doesn't age over night, but I think he still has a few good fights left in him.
