Because the judges like the rest of us know that one day the Ginger kids are gonna getcha.

    THEY GONNA GETCHA!!!!!

Certainly seems to get a good run with the judges but the right guy won all those fights.

Too say it was fixed is ****** becasue if you are going to fix a fight you would make it close to avoid su****ion not 119-109.

You can actually lose a close fight 12-0 if every round is close but you just lose them all.

Thts how this fight seemed, every round was competitive but at the end I was like thats was close but I'd have to give that to Canelo.

I also think the scorecard were disgraceful, and like you pointed out its not the first time with Canelo getting scorecards like that. This is why i said if he ever fights GGG all he needs to do would be to stay on his feet for 12 rounds and he would get the W.

I have NOTHING and I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING against Nelo or any of his past wins....the kid can fight and it's obvious he has some powerful people backing his career....so it's kinda funny to see some of those hardcore Nelo fans rejoice and big up the young lion whenever he goes to work and the same treatment after he clocks out....then turn around and call Swift **** like "Gift" .....that **** be confusing me....just like the Little G fans who moan and b*tch whenever Swift's next victim gets revealed....crying that Swift step up and fight so and so but then hype up Little G for facing sanitation workers and public transportation employees for his ENTIRE career....that **** be confusing me!!

The mythology around Golovkin means he'll get credit from the crowd and the judges when he lands. That's not true of the majority of Canelo opponents.

I have to agree with you brother.

Results aside, the scoring of the Trout and Lara fights BEFORE Cotto made me really question the judges.

After Cotto I am certain he gets preferential treatment, maybe not intentionally but there is undeniable bias towards him.

2 of the Judges gave Canelo the Round 1 against Cotto. For me, the first round was Cotto's BEST and CLEAREST round in the whole fight.

Canelo always gets the close rounds - I guess its just subliminal pressure on Judges.

Watched it again and there's actually nothing wrong with those scorecards.

Cotto didn't win a single round clearly in that fight. Not one.

I thought the 1st round was a clear Cotto round for some reason but after watching it again, it was very close.

I gave Cotto 3 close rounds out of sympathy.

I got Canelo by 2 rounds, the score cards were just outrageous! IMHO, Miguel did not do enough, you cant really win a fight with a jab and bouncing around.

Yes, great display of boxing by Miguel, his straight right was doing some good damage and I dont know why he stopped using it, and his left hook did not seem to be landing with authority. I felt like he was just working the mitts.

Now, Canelo is on his prime, had a 20lb advantage and we know Cotto is passed his prime, with 20 years of boxing and some hard wars with some serious scar tissue damage...and the younger lion with this "extraordinary" power could not stop or seriously hurt #WarCotto.

Also, the HBO team was a disgrace to boxing journalism, wow!!

Cong**** to Canelo, he did win the fight but honestly, the cards were a joke.

Judges DGAF when it comes to Canelo, they'll fuck you, even with open scoring, they had him 8-0 through 8 against Trout, no fucks given.

For those saying it was close....name a clear Cotto round.

I ain't even gonna lie, I had it 8-4 but I can easily see it 9-3. Cotto just didn't do enough imo. Idk, it was a good fight but I expected a lot more from him. He tried to jab and bounce around way too much. Didn't throw the laser left hook upstairs till the end of the last round. I needed more of that earlier.
