    Cotto v Canelo 1 surely?

This has got to be made? Right?

Cotto's team should lodge an official complaint, pay their WBC sanctioning fees and lobby for the fight to be outside Vegas. I know a lot of this will depend on Cotto and the PPV numbers but I reckon it did decent buys. So why not push for the rematch?

MSG, May 2016, especially considering Canelo won't fight GGG unless he absolutely has to at the tail end of next year.

    Rematch?

No thanks. It wasn't a great fight and Canelo clearly won.

      What?

Why do a rematch of a clear win? Canelo won clearly and never had to step out of first gear.

Canelo won easily. He would surely beat him even easier in a rematch. Canelo would get better because he is 25 and improving with every fight. Cotto would just be older but no better. Cotto is not the A side any more and he can't dictate terms to Canelo. Learn to live with this latest Cotto loss because he will never reverse it.

There were thoughts that if it was an explosive fight and both guys looked good a rematch would happen. But after how Canelo looked last night I doubt Cotto or Roach want it. Roach already talked about Cotto going back down to 154.

Sadly you can't post a "I told you all!" thread this time because you picked Cotto to "pick apart" Canelo

Your boxing expertise wasn't as sharp when you weren't picking the huge favourite to win.

"I told you all!!! Told you Bradley would beat Rios!! Call me Nostradamus because I proved everyone wrong with that outlandish pick!"

No thanks, Canelo is simply at a different level no need for a rematch.

if a rematch happens just remember Canelo will pay Cotto back for all the negotiation stances Cotto had over him in the first fight lol.

I don't think this fight heavily merited a rematch BUT these two fighting again would still be big... a rematch with Cotto again, Canelo fights GGG in September when hopefully G has the WBO belt and as Tyson Fury says BOOOM big unification fight.

For the sake of boxing, Cotto-Canelo 1 has to be made.
