During the rigo fight my uncle asked, "can we watch some commercials instead?"

I think Rigo fans are hipsters. They are talking about sweet science, fine arts, compare Rigo to Jazz etc..., but in reality they buy GGG's ppv and dont give a **** about Rigo, even if its on free tv, haha.

Seriously how can you enjoy a fighter who has 0 passion and 0 killer instinct. He was fighting a complete bum of Brian "The Mullet" Sutherland level and didnt even try to hurt him or at least throw more than 2 power punches per round, yet he talks **** and promises firefights...

          next time i'll be asleep

rigondeaux is a "woulda - shoulda" fighter. it's obvious at this point that we've seen his best. almost all of hte cubans are "wouldashouldas." rigondeaux is, at the very least, in his mid 30's. a lot of cuban athletes fake their birth certificates to get an advantage, too, so he could be older.

small guys peak early in life. i don't think rigondeaux is as sharp as he used to be. he's too old ot learn how to change. he's not as accurate as he used to be, ether. that guy was a sitting duck, and rigondeaux did nothing with him.

the only way he'll get into an exciting fight is if he gets hit. his chin is bad, and he's tough enough that he'll slug it out and go out on his shield.

would still ove to see him fight lomachenko or chocolatito. those are very solid fights.

When Rigo beat the Flash it was beautiful and that fight last night was just absolutely god awful to watch. And he should be careful about talking about being explosive. Because he certainly isn't talking about anything he is going to do during a boxing match. Therefore that kind of talk may put him on the Homeland Security watch list.

that wasn't the sweet science last night. dude wasn't even punching with accuracy. he was just pawing the jab and hoping for mistakes. he doens't make things happen, which is the hallmark of a professional fighter.

Yeah, I think Rigo's philosophy is: Dont hit, dont get hit.

i get a "too smart for his own good" vibe from rigoneaux.

dude knows he could probably step it up and be more exciting. he also knows that opening up is the only thing that's going to get him beat by manny pacquiao's barber, or whoever he fought last night

Roc Nation is so ****ed. Last night just killed the Lomo fight, no way HBO pays top dollar risking that guy stinking out the joint.

You are laughing, but his chin is probably even worse than Rigo critics can imagine. Thats the only explanation why Rigo takes absolutely 0 risks, even when fighting no hopers. His chin is probably not made of glass, but of wet cardboard.
