Damn this is tricky. Canelo has the far better resume but he never looks the part. Golovkin looks the part but doesn't have the resume. I'm gonna go Golovkin because I do believe the hype to a certain degree. With Canelo, I think he's mediocre.

I got ggg because I think he is more skilled.. Canelo got the edge in resume, but I think h2h Golovkin is a better fighter

I think Canelo proved he can really box vs an elite fighter, we have yet to see that from gg he just stomps opponents down but it's cause they suck

Difficult.

I think Canelo should be rated higher as he has very good wins over top level guys while GGG has dominant wins against abelow average to average guys.

It's not GGG's fault though, he can't secure fights with better fighters.

Cotto isn't elite anymore. He looked shop worn and he was much smaller. Canelo is a good boxer tho.

Well, I think I'd agree. GGG has been more dominant over the largely ****ty fighters he has faced, but Canelo has already faced the very, very best in the sport and has come up trumps in every fight bar one.

His resume is so much better that you have to go with Canelo.
