I'd say last night was his most convincing performance against a good fighter when you consider he was schooled by Floyd, he could have lost against Lara and didn't look great against Trout.

I would say i think Cotto was done anyway, i've said it for a while that this revival under Roach is all smoke and mirrors when you look at the opposition. But i'm not going to go into that because he's still a good fighter regardless and Canelo looked a level above him, which he should be at this stage anyway and was much bigger.

So it was his most convincing performance in the sense he looked how he should have. But it wasn't spectacular or anything...
