No. He has decent wins but let's be honest none are overly impressive. He's never really came out a fight looking like a dominant p4p fighter. His best win is Lara and that could have went either way. Canelo is what he is. But he's no Oscar. **** I'm not even sure he's a Fernando Vargas.

Hopkins>cotto, even at his age. Pascal is Lara level, angulo is garbage and trout is cleverly level. The difference is kovalev beat the **** out of all of them. They're not even in the same league to me.

I love B-Hop but after the Pascal wins he fought fights that he knew were perfect stylistically and winnable at his age. You saw what happened against Chad Dawson and Kovalev.

Pascal is closer to Trout level (Clev is not near that level), he's not close to as good as Lara.

Definitely. Two division champ with wins over cotto, lara, and trout. Vazquez and rhodes were decent as well. Kirkland, angulo, mosley, cintron, and Josesito were just used to pad his record up with known names though.
