I think that's the whole point. Certain posters excuse anything Golovkin does and keep shifting their standards to accommodate his actions. While giving other boxers crap constantly when they do the same thing.
Golovkin had a title fight with Lemieux setup, and potentially had a chance at the winner of Canelo/Cotto. It makes no sense to move up and fight Ward who had his opening fight back at a division weight limit of 172, a guy who had been out of the limelight for too long. Boxing fans need to be realistic, that's a fight that hasn't even saturated in the public. The PPV buys for a fight like that would probably be at MOST 300,000.
Again, a Golovkin vs Ward fight shouldn't even be talked about until early 2017. Canelo in May 2016, Lee/Saunders winner in the fall (Saunders would definitely fight GGG, if Golovkin beats Canelo), and the move up to 168 early 2017. That also gives time for Ward to take some heads and get the hype rolling.

Whether there has been 0 or 100 means **** to Canelo when he asks GGG to lose a few.

But since you brought it up let's be real. Andre Ward doesn't have the right skin color for some of the posters here, that's why we have all these double standards becoming quite evident now.

We just saw Cotto and canelo fight for the MW title at 155. That just happened.
When GGG negotiates, lets see how much weight your question carries. Zero.
The bottom line is that if GGG wants it, he must chase. Thats it. Its on him

I said that I didnt phrase it right. That kind of CW doesnt happen often. You are right. I was wrong to put it like that. My response is that it does not matter if it has happened once or 100 times. That argument means **** to boxing politics.
You just saw cotto and canelo agree to one.
