Ah right.
Well Perez is definitely more average than Crolla as we've now seen over two fights. Crolla will be an underdog for the rest of his career, but the lad knows how to grind out wins.Comment

Why would Perez throw away his only opportunity to feed his family he proved first time around how gritty he is .He's not going to drop into a £100k a year job with car and expenses in Columbia.
As Barry Mcguigan often says in his way ..he caught him in the floating rib .....and he floated !Comment

The UK owns the lightweight division. Flanagan WBO world champion, Crolla WBA world champion, Burns a former 2-division world champion looking for a 3rd world title, Campbell a gold medalist on the rise, Mitchell a top contender. The UK owns 135Comment

You're reaching, but not by much. I like Flanagan out of the bunch, Burns is better at 140, Crolla has one big win. Still a nice lineup.Comment

Linares owns the lightweight division.Comment

Possibilities are endless for great match ups. I'm interested if Eddie and Frank would co-promote cuz I'd like to see Flanagan fight Crolla (if no Linares).
That's a 3rd World champion from Amir Khan's gym, as usual paving the way like his Silver medal did with GB amateur funding.

All Gallagher guys are basic, they come in shape (minus Paul Smith) and make the best of their limited tools. They're all quite average.Comment

Someone is a bit jealous of british lightweights because Ricky Burns is a shot fighter.....If you want to ignore the bad acting from Perez that's your decision I'm saying you wouldn't have the chance to all of a sudden look up then shake your head then go down, he didn't bother to try and even get up that is further proof in the pudding a fighter not wanting to try and get up?
Okay then.Comment
