He could have easily fought at least 3 times this year if he wanted to. Haymon had available dates for everyone.

I'm starting to be really convinced that these fighters who only want to fight twice a year at most are just cycling on PEDs throughout their spare time. Garcia is coming off of a 2014 when he fought Herrera (which most people believe he lost) and then Salka. And then in 2015 he fights Peterson (which many think he lost) and then only Malignagi after that when there are plenty of strong contenders that would love to fight him. Something funny is going on.
