Do you think Floyd is going to fight again?

Judging on what little I know of him, I think he loves being on top too much . I think he's going to come out of retirement for another big one.

It could even be Pacquiao if enough people show enough interest for a rematch. Everyone could use an extra 50 million dollars, in floyd's case he might make closer to 80.

Imagine if Floyd came out of retirement to fight Golovkin lol I know that sounds crazy but I bet you that fight would sell 2 million ppv tickets minumum, guaranteed.

An old mayweather out of retirement vs The monster Golovkin? It would sell like a rocky movie.

Won't happen, Floyd won't take a risk like that.

Floyd's homeboy 50 cent doesn't even want to see that. 50's exact words "that kid is too strong, I never wanna see Floyd fight him".

I really think Floyd is done, he's done what he needed.

Personally I think Pacquiao was a more dangerous fight for floyd than Golovkin. A healthy Pacquiao anyway.

Golovkin, Mayweather can work with, he can control him with his rhythm and experience because there's such a speed differential, not only in movement but in mind.

Pacquiao has no rhythm, his movement is erratic, he has deceptively fast hands and a deceptively longer range than most can calculate before they're getting hit on the chin.

I think Floyd would beat golovkin easily in a U.D. It might even get boring.

Nope, he's not coming back. I think he understands that its over. He showed this in the Berto fight, emotional, knowing it was his last fight. No interest in a second Pacquiao fight, from the public, it was very one sided, not competitive at all. Good for Mayweather, he was one of the best, but he understands there is nothing left for him in boxing. He retired on top.

              Are you serious?

Jeez some people are underrating Golovkin badly, you do understand Golovkin would be the most powerful puncher Floyd would ever fight?

To beat Floyd, you're gonna need to not be afraid to get hit like Maidana-Floyd 1. Many believe Floyd lost that, here's the difference... Golovkin is much more accurate and heavier fisted than Maidana. He cuts the ring beautifully, which might be an issue AND he's not afraid to get hit. I very much doubt Floyd has the power to hurt GGG. Let's not forget GGG is able to adapt, the way he picked Lemiuex apart was professional.

                  No

If there's one thing I know about Floyd, he often likes to do the opposite of what the general public and mainstream media wants him to do

I think the speed differential is too great, and mayweather carries with him an entire history of fight experience against legends. The best fighter golovkin has faced is lemiuex. Golovkin is too slow, mayweather is going to time every single breath he makes and tear him apart mentally and physically.

Most people don't understand how much a nightmare it is to fight floyd. Nobody has broken through his defense. Nobody. Golovkin is not going to be the first guy to do it. Floyd has faced better.
